Luz Orlando Brennan was invited to Kyoto Filmmakers Lab 2013, where a selected young filmmakers created three-minute short samurai films using the open sets in Toei Studios Kyoto and Shochiku Kyoto Studios. An authentic traditional Jidaigeki-making experience. In this wonderful experience she worked as a DP in the short film “The sword and the hairpin” directed by Ray Figueroa.
